Osaka's culinary scene stole the show! I feasted on mouthwatering gyoza at GYOZAOH Dotonbori Store, just a hop away. The hotel also hooked me up with free popcorn and drinks round the clock while I enjoyed karaoke sessions, making for unforgettable nights.
The only real complaint is that sometimes you will have touts hanging around near the hotel entrances, but it honestly didn’t dim my experience—everything else sparkled!

Location was fantastic, just a few minutes from Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi Suji. The lobby felt like a mini-resort, with free drinks, popcorn, ice cream, and even a karaoke room! Room was spacious and well-stocked, with many little amenities. Noise was an issue. could hear people in nearby rooms. Leaving the room for a short time meant handing over the key, which felt inconvenient at times. Despite the little quirks, I really enjoyed the 24/7 snack and drink bar in the lobby.

The room was spacious, allowing my large family and three grandkids to feel comfortable. We loved the flat-screen TVs with first-run movies to keep the kids entertained, and the lobby was stocked with great snacks anytime. The massage machines were a hit too!
In my wife’s opinion, the mattresses were a bit too firm for our taste.

In a vibrant shopping area, the hotel felt lively, with 24/7 access to free snacks, drinks, and a karaoke room, creating a unique experience. The staff were attentive, offering early check-in and thoughtful assistance, which enhanced my stay. However, the lingering smoke odor in the room was a bit off-putting, and it could get noisy at times due to thin walls. Sometimes, the key drop-off when leaving was inconvenient, slightly detracting from the overall experience.
